Customer Service Duties:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and address recurring issues.
  • Provide product information and support to customers as needed.

Media Support Duties:

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos for promotional materials, social media, and events.
  • Edit and enhance media content to ensure it aligns with brand standards.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging social media posts and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute media strategies.
  • Stay updated on media trends and techniques to improve content quality.
